Re-implemeting a a rule which failed at failing in 2006..... The reason now?..... because a guy from Taylors apparently came in...and somehow molested a female student....
Guess she's super sexy huh....haha...
But from my point of view...it takes 2 to tango...and the gal felt like she rugi...so she filed it as a molest...waahahaha
